Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 & Z Flip 3 Have Entered Into 7 Million Production
Galaxy Z Fold 3 & Galaxy Z Flip 3 are in mass production. These latest Samsung’s foldable smartphone family members are reportedly being produced in staggering numbers ahead of their rumored release this summer. Both phones are set to go on sale at the end of August.
As the interest in foldable phones is increasing, each smartphone manufacturer is in a race to develop and produce their own foldable smartphones. According to a well-connected leaker, the two foldable phones have now gone into production, which would fit with their supposed release date in August if true. However, by considering an earlier leak, their production would commence in July.
We know that Samsung company is the leader of the industry in this regard. The latest news from Samsung, which has been known to add two new foldable phones to its family for a while, is that new phones are now very close. Indeed, Samsung started to produce 50,000 – 70,000 units of both phones per day. So, this time around, it’s looking more like a total of 7 million.
However, the company produced 1 to 2 million foldable over the last two generations combined. So, if the source information is correct, it would indicate the company is confident that this is the year folding phones go mainstream.
All will be revealed on August 3. Alongside the Galaxy Z Fold 3, Galaxy S21 FE, and the Galaxy Z Flip 3, Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy Watch 4 & Galaxy Watch Active 4 watches will seemingly be unveiled on August 3. However, they will hit the shelves later in the month.
